Volunteer Requirements

Our team operates on the power of parent volunteers! The only paid positions on the team are the head coaching positions. We require all parents to volunteer during the season. Your child will not be permitted to swim if you have not met your volunteer responsibilities or paid the opt out fee ($180 or $240 if after registration closes).

  • We need to fill amost 180 volunteer shifts per season.
  • Families may opt out of swim meet volunteer shifts by paying a fee at registration; however, we urge you to consider volunteering! It's a fun way to get to know other families and show support for your swimmer.
  • This requirement is waived if a member of the family is a board member or committee head.
